On Friday 26th of March we launched our 2021 Sustainable Dublin 2050 series kindly sponsored by AIB, FREE NOW, Matheson and Pinergy.
We were joined by EU Commissioner Kadri Simson, Ciarán Cuffe MEP, Matheson Partner Garret Farrelly and Sinéad Healy, Sustainability Manager at  Dublin Chamber to discuss energy, the EU Green Deal, the Carbon Finance Bill, and what it all means for Dublin and for business. Watch it back here.

 

Our Momentum Series 2021 took place on Tuesday and we were joined by broadcaster Ruth Scott, Cathal Brady, CEO & Founder of Ultan Technologies, Fidelma McGuirk, CEO & Founder of Payslip and Dr Lisa Creaven, Founder of Spotlight Oral Care. Our panelists discussed entrepreneurship, accessing finance, successfully scaling a business and the impact of the current economic climate on growth and innovation. Watch it here. 

 

Earlier today we received a briefing from Hammerson about their transformative plans for Upper O’Connell Street and the surrounding area. Ed Dobbs, Development Manager with responsibility for the ambitious Dublin Central project, shared details of the company’s vision of a revived city centre, ahead of their planning application later this month.
