OSH - Practical Tips for Safe & Healthy Home Based Working


The Covid-19 public health emergency prompted millions of European workers to work from home during the last year. Long periods of sedentary work, lack of physical exercise, isolation, blurring boundaries between paid work and private life, and stress are some risks associated with telework that may impact teleworkers' occupational safety and health (OSH). For this reason, employers and workers have to be aware of the telework-associated hazards and address them by implementing adequate preventive and control measures.
