Talking to our Community

Dublin Simon's supporters are at the core of everything they do at Dublin Simon Community and their mission is to speak to each and every one of them.

Doing this requires significant manpower and with 90% of their income going directly to providing services for people experiencing homelessness, Dublin Simon need your help in contacting their support base.

Dublin Simon have developed a skills-share and volunteer day and would be delighted with any help that you could give.  The majority of the calling campaigns are centred on a simple ‘Thank You’ message.

Your team of 10 to 12 people will be located in a specialised hub in Dublin Simon Community offices and a member of staff from Dublin Simon will provide training and answer any questions.

The day begins at 10am with an introduction to our history and the work we do and runs until 4pm with a break for lunch.

Remember, by taking part in 'Talking to our Community' you are supporting a vital cost saving initiative allowing Dublin Simon to allocate more funds to our front-line services.
