Starting with just 2 partners in 2009, they have built a vibrant company of 12 BIM experts over the last 9 years, providing BIM advice, production, support and training services to the construction industry. ArcDox is Ireland’s leading BIM (Building Information Modelling) consultancy practice, working with building owners, clients and project teams, to enable and support a “digital information” process on construction and property/facilities management projects.

Strategic partnership project on sustainable entrepreneurship competence for managing Start Ups!

On the 3-4th of May 2018 the EuroSTART project’s second project meeting was organized in Matera, Italy, which will be the European Capital of Culture in 2019. The host was the Italian partner Materahub, who led the meeting together with the project coordinator Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Materahub is an aggregator of people and business, a space where they meet, encourage the creation of new job opportunities and the promotion of sustainable development through a process of coaching, training and business development. Partnership in the project includes representatives from institutions from Hungary, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Poland and Spain. 


The discussion of the two days meeting included the quality plan, the IO1 activities such as the preparation of fact sheets and roadmaps of selected competences on successful startup management, furthermore, the development of the training package IO2. After that partners have agreed on the Dissemination and Communication plan and website content, as well as the date of the multiplier events. The next partner meeting will be in Stuttgart, November 2018. Recap on Beijing-Dublin Mutual Investment Forum 2018

One of the highest level delegations to Ireland to date, the Beijing-Dublin Mutual Investment Forum was held this month, on the 11th of May in the Westbury Hotel.  The forum led by Mr Cai Qi (Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee), heard from a number of keynote speakers including  Yue Xiaoyong (Ambassador of China to Ireland), Julie Sinnamon (CEO of Enterprise Ireland), Eileen Sharpe (IDA Divisional Manager Growth Markets), Mary-Rose Burke (Dublin Chamber of Commerce), Domhnal Slattery (Avolon), and Dermot O’Leary (Chief Economist Goodbody Stockbrokers). The event was aimed at strengthening links between Dublin and Beijing, through exploring areas of potential cooperation and how to improve trade and investment.
