Need an extra resource? Willing to share your skills?

Dublin Chamber can help you source international talent from across the EU to work with you for 6 months, at no cost.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is an international business and knowledge exchange programme developed to strengthen business ties and entrepreneurship across the EU.

How it works? You sign up at www.erasmus-entrepreneurs.eu as a host company, and can then search for an entrepreneur to match your desired skillset. When everything is agreed and approved, they come work for you for 3-6 months to learn about the ins-and-outs of running a business. They receive a bursary from the EU Commission to cover their living costs, so you are not obliged to pay a salary, just share your knowledge and skills.
