Could this be you? Mentor a Young Entrepreneur!

Pictured are Fabio Cumpaio (New Entrepreneur) and Ralph Montague (Host Entrepreneur), managing partner of ArcDox who have just completed the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs exchange programme.  ArcDox is one of the “success stories” of the recent recession years in construction in Ireland. Starting with just 2 partners in 2009, they have built a vibrant company of 12 BIM experts over the last 9 years, providing BIM advice, production, support and training services to the construction industry. ArcDox is Ireland’s leading BIM (Building Information Modelling) consultancy practice, working with building owners, clients and project teams, to enable and support a “digital information” process on construction and property/facilities management projects.

“We have been delighted to participate with the Dublin Chamber of Commerce on the European Erasmus programme for Young Entrepreneurs”, says Ralph Montague. “ It provides us with the opportunity to engage with motivated young professionals from Europe, and gain some of their input, while giving us the opportunity to share some of our own experience of building a business with them. We would highly recommend this programme to other business owners”.

A Host Entrepreneur and New Entrepreneur collaborate and learn from each other for up to 6 months during the course of this EU Commission funded business exchange programme.

Are you interested in taking on new talent in your business? Do you need to bridge specific skills? The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a EU funded project that matches new entrepreneurs with experienced Host Entrepreneurs (HE) across the continent. New Entrepreneurs (NE) gather and exchange knowledge and business ideas with an experienced entrepreneur, with whom they stay and collaborate for a period of 1 to 6 months. NE are paid a stipend every month from the EU Commission and the exchange comes at no cost to the HE.

Are you looking to host a new entrepreneur? Contact Aoife at aoifengo@dublinchamber.ie to find out if your company are eligible to participate in Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.  #ErasmusEntrepreneurs
